My name is Michael Roussos,

I aspire to develop my construction management skills, with the goal of contributing to large-scale projects. My strong work ethic paired with my ability to learn quickly and absorb information, provides me with the confidence that I am a strong candidate that will be an asset to your team.

Construction experience

I am currently an undergraduate in 3rd year study in a Bachelor of construction management (honours) degree. I began this degree part-time (as I was working full time as a café manager).

I have completed a certificate I & II in Building and construction (carpentry) and undertaken jobs that included wall framing, concreting, formworks and landscaping.

I have experience in a fast-paced hospitality-based environment, where precision and efficiency is key. Specifically, undertaking roles such as manager I developed necessary leadership skills to ensure I was a well-rounded leader. I gained the respect of my coworkers by maintaining professionalism, work ethic, fairness, time management and meeting deadlines.

I have a passion for construction and a burning desire to learn and become a more skilled professional in the industry.
