As a hard-working and dedicated person who love to growing and developing my skills as well as my career in Logistic, I am seeing myself through out 5 years worked at the ALDI Distribution Centre from an operator to an assistant section leader has been enormous and enlightenment journey. Combine with all the history jobs and skills, I've learnt how to become a leader, be an important roll of the team that will be a leading example as well as leading the team for daily target achievements or projects goal. I am confidently can work and complete tasks independently or effectively within a team environment. With the advanced knowledge in computer and intermediate in Excel that had helped myself to lead the team efficiently as well as training new team member with the assistant section leader roll. I am also able to train new starter either as warehouse operator or forklift and high reach operator with my experiences.
