Business Partner with Senior leaders and Managers to provide HR guidance, support, and solutions that drive organisational success.

  • Support all stages of Endeavour's employee life cycle such as recruitment, onboarding, talent identification, succession planning, change management, performance management and termination.
  • Provide guidance to managers on disciplinary actions, corrective measures, and conflict resolution techniques.
  • Ensure HR practices, policies, and procedures are in line with Fair Work legislations.
  • Integrate talent management process to include detailed analysis of potential talent gaps and development of career plans to identify and retain current talent and attract outside talent to business, with the utilisation of the 9-box Grid tool.
  • Advise on recruitment strategies, candidate selection, and onboarding processes to ensure the organisation attracts and retains top talent.
  • Support organisational change initiatives, such as restructuring to align to the business strategy, by helping managers and employees navigate transitions smoothly.
  • Communicate change processes, expectations, and impacts, such as facilitating sessions on the companies transition from Huntingwood to Parramatta and the new ways of working.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership for informed decision-making such as market data analysis and analysing internal relativities.

  • Analyse HR data to measure and assess employee engagement levels. Implement strategies for action planning to improve and drive employee engagement. As part of initiatives, helped drive employee engagement by 10%+ for each of my client groups in FY23.
  • Collaborate and negotiate with the union when managing conflicts such as restructures, finding creative solutions that align with both the company and union interests.
  • Collaborated with management and employees to identify root causes of absenteeism and developed targeted solutions, including wellness programs and flexible work arrangements. Initiatives reduced excessive sick leave within the department, resulting in a 15% decrease in absenteeism rates in FY23.
