Started my fitness journey 12 years ago, During this period I did try multiple types of training including calisthenics, powerlifting, and Bodybuilding. Also, i have been able to learn how to work out around injuries and surgery recovery phases myself. In 2021 and 2022 I have participate in a fitness competition, so I have experience in fat loss and lean muscle training. Also, I have experience running a business for 7 years now and decided to make a change and pursuit my passion for fitness. Over the last year at Goodlife Health Clubs, I have achieved multiple body transformations and helped over 50+ people achieved their fitness goals, also building relationships with clients long term.
