Accomplishments
- Based on defects raised in Mobile application testing, my organization won a development project for the same mobile application. The defect was critical as per Australian standards and recognized by client as it was in production for a couple of months.
- Identified Critical defect in limited state emergency call during initial phase of Voice over LTE (VoLTE) implementation, which was highlighted as major bug during VoLTE feature introduction in Android OS. All the device manufacturers came up with a firmware update to replace the one existing in the market.
- Used to lead team of multiple sizes to certify devices before being launched into Australian market, have raised number of issues in each firmware to ensure the device is in line with market specific requirement of the client. There wasn’t any instance of defect slippage after the firmware being released to market. Recognized and rewarded regularly by the organization at the end of each successful delivery.

Prepare test plan after being part of business requirement meetings and develop test scripts to validate the progression testing in model environment. Analyze the criticality of progression suite and select test script to be included in regression suite which will be executed via CI\CD pipeline regularly before the software release to production. Raise queries on the functionality on network components and prepare data or policies that needs to be updated in network (Ericsson) devices for each feature. Had vast experience in legacy service creation using packet data units and T22 service creation using API’s in POSTMAN and python scripting. Debug network logs via PUTTY either using command line automation or via SFTP (secure file transfer protocols). Attend sprint planning and backlog meetings to update the necessity of user stories clubbed together for any of the feature which is planned to be released in Australian market. Built an automated tool to clean up the services to analyze the fresh attach using Perl. Built an automated tool using python scripting to parse the bands (frequencies) and bandwidth supported by the devices using initial attach procedure hex dump. Need to understand the ability and workflow or restrictions of each login and prepare requirement documents. Prepare test framework to validate and verify the login’s accessibility and also create negative test scenarios to validate whether the user is not overlapped by other login’s accessibility.
