- Provide crisis response and counselling to church and community members.
- Provide spiritual care to church and community members through home visitation, pastoral counselling and prayer

- Teaching, training and mentoring young adults and adolescents in life, career and academic guidance, and understanding of themselves and their faith in Christ.
- Officiate special services such as weddings, funerals, water baptisms and child dedication services.
- Leadership training through seminars/workshops, conferences, modules and developing modules/lectures and delivering guest lectures in bible schools and universities.
- Guiding and nurturing emerging and upcoming pastors and lay leaders in the faith.
