Reception and Customer Services. Sign up new members, provided tours of the gym facilities, retaining our members by contacting them and offering incentives to continue with their memberships.

Set up and pack up worksite to ensure a safe and productive area for contractors to complete emergency tasks. Managed traffic control to ensure safety of workers on the site.

Attended schools to teach young students the basic skills of football and assist with events for football clinics.

Working with the community department to action emails for donation requests made by members and the community. Followed up with the distribution of donated goods.

Worked within various departments, e.g., membership, community, and academy teams, to assist with any tasks that were requested.

Trained new staff on the policy, procedures and tasks required to work at McDonalds. Customer Service duties, food handling and cleaning.
