• Led the development of Operation training for the QSR sector locally and internationally, resulting in the creation of 27 new modules and programs and a new role of Training restaurant managers (1 in each state).

  • • Successful implementation of the framework resulting in 1200 employees achieving over 80% on the LMS platform.
