• Take, prepare , package and serve orders to customers (dine in and takeaway)
• Prepare and serve cold and hot beverages. (Including coffee, bottled/caned drinks and alcohol)
• Prepare and serve light food (cakes ,pastries, toasties)
• Work on POS systems taking orders, handing money (cash and card)
• Open and close coffee and floor operations including but not limited to;

-Coffee machine,

-Milk machine,

-Coffee grinder,

-Drink making stations,

-Food wamer/ fridge

-Closing POS/ online ordering systems ,

-Cash/daily takings,

-General cleaning,

-Restocking.

• Handle: orders, bookings and inquiries over the phone.
• Operate efficiently in a high-speed setting.
• Perform efficiently both independently and within groups.
• Train new staff on proper service techniques, procedures and customer interaction.
