I privately support two clients multiple times per week, one of my clients who has Down Syndrome and my other client diagnosed with Autism and Prader-Willi Syndrome. For both clients I:

• Provided assistance in daily living activities by dressing, grooming, bathing, and toileting patients.
• Drive client safely to social activities and school.
• Developed strong interpersonal relationships with client, earning their trust and respect through consistent empathy and understanding.
• Aim to meet their NDIS goals, by utilising psychological and behavioural interventions.
• Prepared nutritious meals to meet individual dietary needs for clients (Prader-Willi Syndrome) .

• Supporting our clients of all ages, genders and disabilities to actively participate in group and individual activities.
• Assisting our clients reach individual and group goals with the use of positive behavioural support strategies, social skills and independent progression.
• Supporting clients transitioning through different social situations.
• Encouraging clients to participate in new and different activities, to expand their knowledge physically and mentally.
• Developed strong rapport with clients, to facilitate more effective support and guidance.

• Strong and quick communications to other team members using radio or hand signals.
• Working efficiently and effectively with team members and client's workers.
• Working in large teams to effectively control multi-directional traffic.
• Ensuring all drivers and pedestrians passed by work sites safely and assisted them to detours.
• Adapting to work effectively and ensuring our site caters to the vast weather conditions.
• Supported road maintenance activities, establishing safe zones for workers and machinery.

• Communicating with clients via email and phone to book, confirm and cancel appointments.
• Provided knowledgeable assistance to clients to assist in finding the correct assessment and psychologist to cater their needs.
• Demonstrated strong multitasking abilities when faced with numerous tasks with deadlines.
• Handling all payments via cash and card, ensuring they are correctly marked off in our system at the end of the day.
• Assisted psychologists in contacting clients, ensuring all client paperwork is added to their profile, scanning and photo copying important documents.
