• Communicated with kitchen staff to stay updated on item availability and customer wait times, this proved ability of communicate and co-operate smoothly with colleagues. Additionally, I addressed concerns quickly to improve customer experience and escalated issues to management for resolution when necessary. This is testament to ability of fluently communicate and problem solve with customers.

it is a student-run association in University of Melbourne that aims to
promote a culturally inclusive mental health safe space for Chinese
students who are interested in studying Psychology. In the ACSPA, I work
in the activity departments. I am required to work with my colleagues to
help plan ACSPA's related events. The job requires a high level of
problem solving, cooperation and communication skills, which I have
developed well in this job.
