Simone Clarkson

Hi there! I would like to introduce myself to you.

I am 47 years old, I have been happily married for 25 years and have 3 older children. For most of their childhood I chose to stay be a stay at home Mum. However I did return to work for short periods during this time, often to help previous employers when needed or at times for personal reasons.

Over the years I have had many roles in retail, wholesale, cafe & restaurant service.

Excellent customer service, receiving & dispatching customer orders, opening / closing the store, coffee making, waitressing and food preparation & safety being some of the acquired skills.

I enjoy working with people and believe I can contribute to a positive happy work environment.

I have also previously completed a 6 week reception / clerical course in which I leant to touch type, answer & direct phone calls & other reception skills.

I have developed strong skills in customer service and sales in fast-paced retail environments.

I excel at problem-solving and maintaining a positive experience for customers.

I am looking to transition into a new field where these skills can contribute to team success and customer satisfaction.
