As a store host that has now progressed onto being a skin specialist at Mecca Brands, I am committed to achieving the company's goal of helping customers feel, look and be their best, through embodying the brands core values. My responsibilities within the role include;

• Providing both quick and in-depth consultations, where I connect customers with suitable products and provide advice based on their concerns.
• Having excellent brand and product knowledge through education from Mecca Brands, to bring brand stories to life, enabling customers to feel confident in their purchasing decisions, and boosting brand sales.
• Delivering exceptional customer service by creating an inviting environment where customers feel comfortable and attended to.
• Working effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment to optimise customer satisfaction and loyalty through multi-serving, and upholding store presentation standards of stock and visual merchandising.

• My responsibilities in this role included;
• Serving customers with knowledgeable, friendly support at every stage of shopping and purchasing.
• Gaining customer trust and confidence by demonstrating a compelling and composed professional demeanour.
• Attending to general upkeep of the store including visual merchandising expectations were met and stock was displayed appropriately.

• My responsibilities in this role included;
• Efficiently multitasking both in a team and independently to prepare food and beverages, take orders, run/ deliver food and drinks, clear tables, assist customers, handle any customer complaints, and ensure general upkeep of the store.
• Dealing with third parties and making judgements to order appropriate stock independently.
• Opening and closing of store each shift.
