- Greet Customers and assist with fuel purchases and inquiries.
- Handle customer's complaints or issues and escalate if needed.
- Authorize fuel pump usage, manage prepayments, and process transactions.
- Operate Cash registers, process payments (cash, credit, debit),and issue receipts.
- Balance cash drawer and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift.
- Keep track of fuel levels and report shortages or required refills.
- Monitor sales of in-store items, including snacks, drinks, and other food.
- Monitor security cameras and be vigilant for suspicious activity.
- Keep the gas station clean, including the store and pump areas.
- Manage and update the fuel prices on the console system.
- Ensure Proper documentation and recording of fuel deliveries and other regulatory requirements.
- Assist in restocking shelves and replenishing store items.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager to ensure the smooth operations.
