Summary

I am in my tenth year of teaching with experience in primary, secondary and special educational needs. Currently I teach within the Education Support team. My role encompasses teaching a functional curriculum to secondary students with learning difficulties and disabilities. The range of difficulties and disabilities include ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, anxiety, depression, intellectual disability and NSSI. Especially adept at determining students’ strengths and weaknesses and building lesson plans accordingly. Specialised in establishing and Passionate Teacher with experience developing and implementing diverse curriculums covering wide range of subjects. Highly skilled at motivating students through positive encouragement and reinforcement of concepts via interactive classroom instruction and observation. Successful in helping students develop strong literacy, numeracy, social and learning skills.
