  • Successfully lead the design and development of an employee onboarding program called "Jump-Start." Responding to a critical strategic objective for the organisation, I re-redesigned the existing program, which resulted in an increased speed to competency, reduction in employee turnover and an increase in learning engagement..
  • Designed and implemented a formal skills evaluation process called Mazda Skills Quotient. The tool allowed managers to evaluate employee skills for development opportunities, training effectiveness, benchmarking, succession planning, and executive-level reporting;
  • Lead the content migration to support the implementation of Mazda's Learning Expereince Platform. The project was delivered on time and in line with organisational expectations;

  • Appointed as acting Learning Services Manager for six months to cover a maternity leave position.
