Soon to be a graduate of a science and computer science degree, looking to gain work experience and expand upon my knowledge in this field. 1) Predicting the mortality rate of ICU patients (May-Oct 2022)

The goal of this project is to develop a standalone program that can be used to predict mortality rates using machine learning, based on data of ICU patients obtained from the PhysioNet Computing in Cardio Challenge 2012.

Achievements:

• Implemented a deep neural-network with an accuracy of approximately 80-85% using the TensorFlow library in Python.
• Created an interpretable model to represent the training process of the neural network using the SHAP library.

2) Image Processing of Globular Cluster (Astrophysics coding project, Apr-Jun 2022)

The objective of this project is to process images and extract data obtained from images that were taken from a CCD camera at Hutton-Westfold observatory.

Achievements:

• Obtained clear and suitable images of a Globular cluster by filtering the images using the ccdproc library in Python.
• Used the astropy library to conduct data comparisons with literature data.

3) Database for Animal Doctors (Mar-Jul 2021)

This project involves designing and implementing a database which can be used to support a variety of activities conducted by a Veterinary Doctor.

Acheievements:

• Achieved a satisfactory conceptual model (ERD diagram) and UML model for the database.
• Successfully implemented the design of the UML model into mySQL database.

• Programming and game designing.
• Cooking and experimenting with new recipes.

Volunteering for Ente Keralam, a multi-cultural charity organisation conducting several fundraising, charity and multi-cultural functions. Some tasks include:

• Assisting with fundraising and special programs.
• Using strong interpersonal communication skills to convey information to others.
