• locating stock for customers, store cleaning, training of new team members, receiving and replenishment of stock, problem solving and conflict resolution, liaising with other departments to assist customers

• Mentoring new hires and boosting team morale by providing constructive feedback, fostering a collaborative environment, and celebrating successes.

• Resolving issues in store with empathy and understanding, resulting in consistent positive feedback from customers
• Assisting management with performance evaluations, enabling better employee development plans for continuous improvement.
• Maintaining clean and orderly checkout areas and store spaces by mopping floors, emptying trash cans and wiping down and dusting surfaces.
