• Manage the planning, implementation, and evaluation of SWOP NSW’s peer education, health promotion and community development program for NSW sex workers.
• Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the SWOP NSW outreach team, delegation of work and rostering that reflect the needs of sex workers in NSW and SWOP NSW organisational needs.
• Facilitate meetings and training events with other service providers, representing the needs of NSW sex workers and advancing SWOP NSW advocacy priorities in line with organisational objectives, including reducing stigma and discrimination against sex workers.

• Ensure the efficient management of human resources, including recruitment, training, work plan development, supervision, performance appraisal and management, and professional development.
• Represent SWOP NSW (or identify the appropriate delegate) on panels, at conferences, forums and on committees, advisory bodies and to government and other organisations.
• Local Health Districts, Research Centres and other Government and non-Government agencies - to develop and maintain partnerships with Local Health Districts, sexual health programs and services; to promote best practice approaches to research; and to support improved access to SWOP and NSW sex workers

• Increase access to health, wellbeing, safety, and rights, and provide support for NSW sex workers.
• Proactively contact and provide peer education to NSW sex workers, including via outreach to a broad range of sex industry workplaces.
• Provide appropriate information, support and referrals to sex workers and others who contact SWOP NSW.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of partnerships with other service providers to ensure effective and coordinated responses to the needs of NSW sex workers, and to reduce stigma and discrimination.
• Participate in the provision of training to other service providers working with NSW sex workers, to reduce barriers to access (including stigma and discrimination) and improve available services.
