Through my study, I have gained insight the importance of connection and flexibility in a team environment that would help me develop wider social networks and enhance my communication skill when providing services to clients within the community. Furthermore, being a member of Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) groups, I have a better understanding of the social and cultural barriers that the vulnerable population such as Australian migrants or refugees may have in their transition to Australian life.
