  • Worked closely with the payroll manager and finance manager of the Department of Finance, Industrial Relations officers and the HR department
  • Trained all staff coming into the department in the use of the PIPS system, conditions of service and all Awards
  • Devised and delivered in-services to employees in the Health Department, at the Alice Springs Hospital, Community Health Centre or at the Remote Health Clinic Centres
  • On the 1st June 1998, payroll services transferred to Darwin and I moved to the Alice Springs Hospital as the Payroll Liaison Officer
