During my time in this current role I have strived to progress and promote my own personal skills in the company. Starting on the floor as a retail assistant I quickly enhanced my position into the head of store safety and as of recently I have acquired the role of store supervisor. After being with this company for a year now I have learnt and been trusted with handling commercial quotes to assist our in-store BDM, while also maintaining great relationships with incoming customers both on the floor and online. During this role I have worked closely with brand reps to understand their goals for our store visual merchandising and have effectively followed the tasks set out for me from both my management team and the store brand representatives. My ability to communicate with both my own team and exterior team representatives is a strategic nod to how well I can adapt to any work environment.
