  • Deal directly with Sub-contractors and ensure the works they are completing are up to Australian Standards
  • Push back on clients, Suppliers and Sub-contractors when items are not covered under our Warranty
  • Arrange for different Suppliers to come in fortnightly and help improve our processes, relationships and scope of works
  • Code all Invoicing to the correct Supplier or Sub-contractor and approve them
  • Ensure the correct process and documentation is being followed when raising a recharge
  • Receive All client surveys and follow up with any clients that are not happy with their overall experience
  • Type out all weekly Meeting minutes and email through to the whole team

Office Maintenance:

  • Arrange for any rectifications to be made in the Head Office (4 levels)
  • Liaise directly with the manufacturers and Suppliers on arranging services on products .i.e Lift, zip taps, sanitary bins, appliances, automatic doors
  • Create, new, update, and maintain Scope of Works for each.
  • Deal directly with Management to maintain the office and install new fittings, fixtures throughout to ensure the office is always up to date, modernized and clean
