Liaise with client in regards to any complaints that are made and help make the experience better
Raise work orders to the relevant Suppliers or Sub-contractors and book in works to be completed based on the communication the client has provided you with
Deal directly with Sub-contractors and ensure the works they are completing are up to Australian Standards
Push back on clients, Suppliers and Sub-contractors when items are not covered under our Warranty
Arrange for different Suppliers to come in fortnightly and help improve our processes, relationships and scope of works
Code all Invoicing to the correct Supplier or Sub-contractor and approve them
Ensure the correct process and documentation is being followed when raising a recharge
Receive All client surveys and follow up with any clients that are not happy with their overall experience
Type out all weekly Meeting minutes and email through to the whole team
Office Maintenance:
Arrange for any rectifications to be made in the Head Office (4 levels)
Liaise directly with the manufacturers and Suppliers on arranging services on products .i.e Lift, zip taps, sanitary bins, appliances, automatic doors
Create, new, update, and maintain Scope of Works for each.
Deal directly with Management to maintain the office and install new fittings, fixtures throughout to ensure the office is always up to date, modernized and clean
Create a table with all work orders raised, damages and spends
Coordinated with external vendors for repair services when necessary.
