An experienced leader, mentor and organiser not only in previous job roles but also as a junior rugby league football coach and manager. With a passion for helping others, now interested in pivoting my career towards support/youth work where I can further use these skills along with my natural ability to communicate via my active listening and verbalising skills, being able to empathize building rapport and trust along the way while approaching all situations in a respectful, non judgemental and at times light humored manner.
