  • I initially joined this organisation as FOH credit consultant to collect outstanding debt from consumer whose account is still active
  • After 6 months I was transfer to another team – Specialised Recoveries to collect outstanding debt from consumer whose account already deactivated by Telstra due to non-payment
  • After 3 months in the Specialised Recoveries FOH team, I have the opportunity to transfer to a Specialised Recoveries manual team to work on manual manage account like dispute, dispute resolve, essential account, and all others
  • In February 2011 I have an opportunity to work for the CLOC (Channel Logistic Operation Centre) team as a 6 month secondment and in October 2011 convert to a permanent Senior Consultant Role in the team
  • I was with the CLOC team until April 2015 and then has a good opportunity to gain a role in the CDT as a Business Analyst.
