- As a member of the Executive Management Team, I am responsible for the capital investment process of in excess of $500M of projects. I lead a team of professionals responsible for planning, building, and delivery of operational and commercial infrastructure at both airports. I developed and executed strategy that took the Airport from restrictive local planning scheme and delivered the declaration of Priority Development Area, which under state government recognises the Airport as a significant regional asset and its valuable role in creating opportunities for business, employment and tourism.

- I led a large group of construction teams for a sizeable UK contractor that was instrumental in the development of a retail maintenance and refurbishment framework with a national supermarket chain producing margins of up to 20% during the GFC.
- Member of a senior management team that developed an innovative behavioural safety programme from a standing start and rolled out to several hundred direct employees and a large supply chain.
