CAMS Commercialisation Lead

I have played a key role in the commercialisation of the CAMS Application, a system that is utilised for CAPEX budgeting across facilities throughout Australia.

My contribution to CAMS has led to an annual increase in sales averaging 30%.

Alfred Health

Providing ongoing FM consultancy support, providing asset condition reports and CAPEX estimates for Alfred Health's annual funding application submitted to Department of Health.

Key Account Manager for Honeywell

I manage the relationship and provide ongoing FM consultancy support to the Honeywell Total Asset Management (TAM), across 23 traditional contract and Public Private Partnership (PPP) sites throughout Australia.

My role includes managing asset audits and CAPEX modelling, ad hoc consultancy for site teams and working as part of the PPP bid team.

ISS - National Broadband Network (NBN)

Project managed and delivered an asset verification and condition audit and produced dilapidation report’s re: 55 sites comprising technically complex, remote, and unmanned facilities throughout Australia with a total GIFA of 150,000m2 approx. This was a critical activity in the mobilisation of ISS’s FM contract and was delivered during the COVID-19 pandemic on time, on budget and to the agreed quality.

Kordamentha/Aegis - Hopkins Correctional Centre

Part of the team that undertook FM due diligence of the Hopkins Correctional Centre a 798-bed prison in country Victoria. The scope included asset condition audit, lifecycle, maintenance benchmarking and performance mechanism review. The commission was part of the due diligence process for prospective bidders re: the mid- term sale of this medium security PPP prison by the SPV.

I completed my PLT Internship at a private Criminal Law Firm in Melbourne, Victoria.
